Guildford Little Acorn

Well done to both Jack and Jodie who today 21/6/14 went to the Guildford little acorn shoot. Jack came away with a gold medal, while Jodie got Silver after a near perfect round was achieved by the gold medalist . It was a great day with lots of prizes and chocolate handed out for shooting the aliens on the target or six gold ends. After the main competition finished there was a fun head to head. One arrow each furthest from the gold retires. The only problem is that fellow archers can distract you whist on the shooting line. Mostly this was in the form of water pistols, but as Jodie progressed she found that buckets of water were in order. She made it to the semi finals and was completely soaked by then. Good job the sun was out.
